Sir,
Most respectfully I beg to state that i am a student of Class IX, Section A of your school. I belong to a lower middle class family. My father is working as an Assistant in a Public Sector Undertaking. Besides me, he has to support my grandmother, my mother and my two unmarried sisters and a broth My grandmother does not keep good health due to her old age and she requires treatment for the ailments suffered by her, from time to time. A portion of my father’s income is spent on her treatment. My two sisters are in college. One is studying in the second year in Commerce and the other is studying in first year in Science. My father is the only earning member of the family and he finds it difficult to bear the burden of the entire expenditure.
I may mention that I am very good in my studies and my past record of performance would show that I have always been a first-division. Besides, I have achieved many distinctions in. the game of football and will represent my school in the ensuing All-India final.
I shall deem it a favor if you kindly consider my family circumstances and, in the light of my achievements, grant me full fee concession so that I may continue with studies diligently. I would also assure you that I shall endeavor my very best to bring a good name to the school in academic as well as sports field.

I shall try to show still better result. I shall be very thankful to you for this noble act.
