Through this letter, we regret to inform you that the sports articles received by our institution are not in good condition. Many of them are damaged and some of them are less than the number that we had ordered though they have been charged in the bill. We are a regular customer of your shop and we are not pleased with this discrepancy.
Kindly replace the damaged article and send the missing ones. We hope that you will cooperate with us.
