Subject: Complaint against Defective Books
Sir,
Through this letter, I wish to inform you that we have placed a bulk order of books for the school library. We received the parcel today and were surprised to find that the books sent were defective. Many of the books had torn pages inside and the quality of the printing is also not good.
I request you to replace the same as we can’t issue such books to the students. They are of no use to us. Kindly look into the matter and replace the books as early as possible.
