“Inspector, I have caught a thief,” shouted Madho Singh entering the police station. “You have caught a thief!” exclaimed the officer-in-charge. “You have done a great job. Wish every citizen be like you!” Then Madho Singh, the Inspector, and some constables went to Madho Singh’s mansion. The thief had already fled from there with 11 valuables. “Didn’t you tie his legs and hands.” asked the Inspector. “I had tied his legs but not hands,” said Madho Singh, “After all, nobody can run using the hands.” The Inspector held his head.
