Do not try to be over-smart
One day, Panduram, a farmer, was going somewhere with his cow. Suddenly, a speeding car came and hit the cow. The cow died then and there. The car driver stopped the car and went up to Panduram. He asked about the price of the cow. “At present, this cow is worth two thousand rupees. But it would have given me no less than four thousand after five years,” said Panduram. “OK” said the driver and signed a cheque for four thousand rupees. Giving it to Panduram, he said, “You will be able to draw the money after five years.”
Moral: Do not try to be over-smart.
