With due respect I beg to state that I am a student of Class IX, Section B of your school. I have always been regular in paying the school fee well in time by the prescribed date of tenth of every month. Last month, due to some financial shortage with my father, I was unable to pay the school fee. The fine for non-payment of fee has thus accumulated to Rs.7/- for 28 days at the rate of 25 paise per day. As I want to pay my last month’s fee along with the current month’s fee today, I have to request you to remit the fine of Rs.7/- and allow me to clear the arrears of fee payable for the last month without any fine.

Sir,
I wish to state that I am a student of 10th class of your school. I have been fined by my English teacher for not appearing in the monthly test. I may tell you, sir I was fully prepared for the test. Unfortunately my mother slipped on the floor. Her right leg was fractured. She had to be removed to the hospital. My father was out of station. I had to look after her. So I could not come to school. The teacher has imposed a fine of Rs. 50/- on me.
I therefore, request you to remit my fine. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of favour.
