Respected Sir,
With due respect, I would like to inform your good self that in the last three semesters my attendance was 95 percent, which was more than required. However, in the last semester, I was hospitalized for more than one and a half months for which I have already furnished the hospital documents; thereafter I was advised to take rest for a period of 15 days for which a doctor’s certificate is enclosed. I would like to request your good self to permit me to appear for the final exam, which is also a path to a career. Hoping for your kind consideration,
