Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind notice the bad shape of the house. The condition of roof and walls is miserable. The plaster on the walls 236 Applications & Letters is coming off at places. There are patches here and there. The roof is leaking. Last time we had to face untold hardships.
Four months ago you promised me that the house would be soon repaired and whitewashed. But the things have not made any headway. No effort has been made so far in this direction. Things are getting worse day after day. I once again request to arrange for repair. If you cannot come here personally kindly allow me to get the necessary work done. The expenditure can be adjusted towards the rent money paid by me.
