My dear Vijay,
You will be glad to know that we have purchased a new house. It is located in the heart of the town. It is the posh locality of the town. It is a place where the atmosphere is very calm and quiet. Since it is in the interior of the town, there is not much heavy traffic. We rarely hear here horns of buses and hooters of three-wheelers.
There is enough parking space. The roads which connect it are vast and wide. Our house is a corner plot; it is open on three sides. There are three bed-rooms, drawing, dining room, one kitchen and three bathrooms. It has a flowery lawn in front of it.
The house is airy and well-ventilated. Our neighbours are very good people. Their company is a great pleasure. I invite you to visit our house. I hope you will like it.
