Subject: Suggestions regarding the executive side of the Bank.
Dear Sir
I am an old customer of your bank. My account no. is B 7615. I put forward the following suggestions regarding the organisational part of the bank. I hope you will definitely pay your attention to them.
(1) Most of the male employees of your bank are found easier in talking with their female colleagues. They don’t pay their due attention to the customers.
(ii) Hush money is demanded when any customer applies for the limit of overdraft. The customer fails to get the whole advantage of bank services on account of such corrupt officials.
(iii) On the occasions of ‘Deepavali’ and ‘New Year’ all the administrative and other officials of your bank expect gifts from customers. Those customers who do not offer gifts to them are not treated or dealt with properly.
(iv) The officials of the bank don’t understand the value of the customers’ precious time. The customers have to spend half an hour to get their cheque encashed.
You are, therefore, requested to pay attention to my points mentioned above and make efforts to ameliorate the organisational structure of the bank.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully
Shree Pal
