Sir,
I regret to bring to your kind notice that our Physical Instructor. Shri Rattan Lai. has been behaving in an undesirable manner during the periods of physical drill. Many a times he cracks obscene ekes arid makes indecent remarks in the presence of the students. Not only this but also, he smokes during the games. His behavior with the students is very rude and, on a couple of occasions, he slapped a few students. When requested to conduct himself in a decent manner, he abused the students. His mannerism has a demoralizing effect on the entire class.
I am bringing the matter to your kind notice with a humble request that, being the head of the Institute, you will kindly correct the Physical Instructor and advise him to behave in a decent manner, in future.
