Dear Sir,
I am sorry to make this complaint against Shri Ram Niwas, the postman of my locality. He is very irregular in delivering the post in the area allotted to him. He is also in the habit of throwing letters here and there instead of dropping them in the letter boxes provided at the doors of a large number of houses. I may particularly mention that I have been waiting for the receipt of an allotment order for my flat but the same was delivered to me three days late from the date of the stamp borne on the cover.
I have been avoiding to write this complaint to you as I had spoken to Shri Ram Niwas a couple of times advising him to deliver the post timely and in a proper Planner. He had also promised that he would be careful in future. He worked alright for some time but has again reverted to his old habits. In these circumstances, I have no alternative but to bring the matter to your kind notice.
I am sure, you will instruct the postman concerned to be careful in the discharge of his duties, in future.
