I beg to draw your kind attention to a number of lawless activities that are going on unabated in our area. Some very well-organised gang seems to have a complete control over this area. As a result, cases of theft, chain snatching, eve-teasing have become very common. Illicit liquor, smack, brown-sugar, heroin is sold and brought openly. Goondas and bad characters are seen roaming about freely under the very nose of policemen.
The residents of this area are terribly frightened. There is ever-growing feeling of insecurity among them.
I, therefore, request you to pay a visit to our area and see things for yourself. Hoping that you take promote and effective steps in the matters.
