Dear Sir
On behalf of the Residents Welfare Association, I draw your immediate attention to the prevailing insanitary conditions in Azad Market, Nawab Ganj, Delhi. I am sorry to say that for the last fifteen days no sweeper has been seen in the area. There are mighty heaps of garbage in the streets of the area and the drains are overflowing with stinking water. The whole area is infested with flies and mosquitoes. If this condition remains for a few days more, I fear an epidemic disease will break out.
You are, therefore, requested to direct the officials connected with cleanliness to clean the drains of the whole area.
