In my capacity as the President of the Students Union of my school, I have received consent from the Principal of the school to approach you to grace the occasion on the annual day of our school as chief guest on 25th August, 1993. I have to request your good self to kindly consent to participate on the occasion.
On the annual day function, various types of games are being organised and there will be a debate and an essay competition. You will be the Chief Judge on the panel to decide the best performers for the purpose of awarding prizes to them. The prizes will also be distributed by you.
I shall be thankful if you kindly convey your acceptance of the invitation at a very early date to enable us to publish the programme of the function.
