Sir,
There has been a considerable increase in the rate of accidents, caused by rash driving, in recent months. It’s a shame that Delhi, being the Capital city, records the maximum number of road accidents.
Neither the light, nor the heavy vehicles pay any attention to traffic lights and speed limits.
I wish the Traffic Police would treat this matter seriously, and make sure that rules and regulations are followed
