Write a letter to a business firm acknowledging the good you had ordered and complaining about the damage caused in transit on account of bad packing.
To,
The Manager,
Khandelwal Glass Factory,
Sansi (Aligarh).
Sir,
Will you kindly note that I gave an order for some glassware’s to your agent Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta when he came to my shop on 21st March, 20… I gave him five hundred rupees in advanced and got a stamped receipt.
I have received your parcel today. While examined the glassware. I found some of them broken. They are of no use. It seems that they have been broken in transit on account of bad packing. This is highly objectionable.
Please note that the remaining amount cannot be paid unless you supply the broken pieces.
Awaiting your immediate reply,
Yours faithfully,
Aakash Kumar Verma
Prop. Aakash Glassware Shop.
