Sir,
Yesterday I was examining my pass book (N B A/ C No 1091), and found that you have not credited to my account a sum of Rs. 9000/- deposited in cash on 11th November.
Instead you have debited me with Rs. 9000/- on the same date. However I had not withdrawn any amount on the said date either personally or through cheque.
I believe, the credit entry has inadvertently been debited by your staff. So, I request you to look into the matter immediately.
I am enclosing the pass book for the necessary correction. Please make sure the mistake is rectified.
