I hope this letter of mine will find you in rosy health and cheerful spirits. Last week I received your letter, but I couldn’t reply in time. By that time my result had not been declared. Yesterday it came out. You will be glad to know that I have got through Xth class examination with very good marks. I hold the second position in the examination in the entire class. It is all due to your blessings. If you had not given me enough practice in preparing for the examination during the holidays, I would not have fetched such decent marks. Now I have been promoted to the XIth class. I hope studies will start by next month.
