Dear Dad
Do you remember I told you about a bicycle which was being sold at a reduction sale — well, may I buy it? Mummy says I should write and get your permission first.
It is a beautiful red bike and has a marvellous pickup. I can cycle to school and back everyday.
I have been waiting to buy a cycle for so long, and since this is at a reduced price, it will not be so expensive. Do give your permission, Dad. I promise I will be very careful on the roads. I shall also take great care of it.
I am waiting eagerly to hear from you.
