Sir,
My above telephone has been out of order for the last three weeks. I lodged a complaint about the same with the local exchange three weeks ago, the very day I detected the fault. The telephone authorities have not yet taken any step to revive my connection. I demand that the authorities take immediate steps to activate my telephone without any further delay.
