Online Bowling
Jared is so good at bowling that he has become a world-class champion. However, he does not play in a normal bowling alley. He plays it online.
Jared loves bowling but as he is too young to hold even the lightest ball, he has resorted to playing bowling online. He practices at least an hour every day. He goes to different websites that provide different types of virtual bowling alleys. Some games are much easier as there is no need to control the speed of the ball. Others allow Jared to control the speed and the direction of the ball. Sometimes, he can even control how much the ball spins. It is a piece of cake for Jared to have perfect scores each time he plays. The more he plays, the more addicted he is to the game. Sometimes, he sacrifices his sleep just to play an extra game. Jared plays against the computer. He is able to defeat the computer even at the ‘expert or ‘professional mode. Sometimes, his parents play with him. They take turns to play. Jared usually wins the game.
Jared hopes to play bowling in a real alley one day. He hopes that he can use the skills that he has learnt online. He wants to be a professional bowler.
