Essay on “Myself”
Essay No. 01
Self Portrait
Praising oneself is easy but writing a self-portrait — an honest one is rather difficult. I promise to be as honest as I can. I welcome you to my world and I will let you see the real me!
I am young and have the charm that comes along with youthfulness. I am yet to reach my prime. I am happy and easygoing and sway this way or that, very easily, so that everyone around me is happy and I can survive without friction. Am I fair? Oh yes! I am. lam fair, beautiful, and as you can see a hit vain as well. I love open fields and bright sunny days and I love dancing merrily in the rain. Chirping birds make my day. I love it when I am free, without a care in the world. I am not selfish though, and if I could I would love to be used to bring a smile on someone’s face. I lead a simple life and my motto is to stay happy and bring happiness to all those I touch. I dislike people who are rough and who hurt me. 1 love tenderness that can drive all the gloom away. Someday, I shall grow old and die but I hope I can make many people smile before that day.
Well, did you guess who I am? I am a Daisy. A simple happy flower and I hope I bring a smile to your lips too.
