We should not harass anyone
Seth Ramlal went to the garden for strolling. There he saw his gardener Ramu sitting under a tree and taking a rest. He scolded him, “Why are you not giving water to the plants?”
“Sir, look at the clouds. It is going to rain within a few moments.” But the Seth angrily ordered him, “You shirker, so what! Then water the plants under the umbrella.” Ramu could not help laughing.
Moral: An employer should not always look for some way to harass his employees.
