One day, the Geography teacher Mr. Patil called Sumedha, the most studious girl in the class. He said to her, “Sumedha, what’s happened to you? Why is your performance in studies deteriorating day by day? Is there some problem?” Sumedha’s eyes filled up with tears. She said, “Sir, actually my mother is suffering from jaundice. I have to look after all the household affairs.” Mr. Patil understood Sumedha’s problem and said, “OK, if possible, spare some time for your studies also. If you need any help, you can let me know.”
