One should be polite by nature
Rakesh was working as a booking clerk for a movie theatre. Once a superhit movie was to be shown at the theatre. Soon all the tickets were sold. A lady came to the ticket counter and asked Rakesh to give two tickets. Rakesh politely said, “Mam, all the movie tickets are sold. I am sorry.” On hearing this, the lady got annoyed. She shouted, “What do you mean by it?” Rakesh didn’t react and said smilingly, “Mam, tell me which word’s meaning you didn’t get. I can explain again.” The lady felt embarrassed and went away. The manager of the theatre praised Rakesh for his ability to deal with customers.
Moral: One should be polite by nature.
