Pleasures of Gardening
Gardening is one of the popular hobbies. It gives a lot of pleasure to those who have adopted it. The hobby is adopted by most of the retired people. It is a good pastime for aged and old people. My hobby is gardening. It gives me immense pleasure to grow vegetables and flowers. I maintain a small garden in the periphery of my house. The hobby of gardening keeps me physically fit. I feel myself nearer to God when I see that, by my labor, plants, vegetables and flowers have grown. For the poor, gardening is a source of income; for the rich it is a source of pleasure. Gardening takes us away from sorrow and sadness. The pleasures of gardening are immense. One finds oneself a resident of nature. The growing plants make us feel that the God is present in them. Gardening keeps us away from the crowd’ of cities.
