Our School Canteen
Our school canteen is situated at the far end of the corridor on the first floor of the building. It has a window through which the eatables are supplied. The canteen is run by a contractor. The students are required to buy coupons against money at the gate of the canteen. The coupons are then presented at the window counter from where supplies are received. Besides the main window, there is a small counter for ice cream. The drinks like campa cola, thums-up, limca, etc., are also available at the ice-cream counter. During the recess-period, there is a very heavy rush in the canteen. Everyone seems to be in a hurry as the recess period is of half-an-hour duration only. The canteen is maintained in a neat, clean and hygienic condition. Our Principal makes frequent inspection of the school-canteen.
