Helping A Handicapped
Handicapped persons are those who are suffering from some physical disability or mental infirmity. They are the unfortunate members of the society. They deserve all the help and assistance. A number of social voluntary organizations and the government are rendering help to the handicapped persons so as to make them feel that they are the members of the society in the same way as others. The government has also taken steps to provide certain types of jobs to the handicapped. A certain percentage of jobs that can be performed by them has been reserved for the handicapped persons by the government. Some of the handicapped are found to be very talented persons. Helen Keller, the blind lady, is an example. It is our duty to help the handicapped.
