Gutka
Gutka is prepared by a mixture of various items; out of which main items are pieces of supari, tobacco, katha, chunna and other sweet good smelling items. This is mostly manufactured in India and exported in other countries. In India, it is manufactured in small packets which are priced from 1 to 10. Use of gutka is usually started from childhood; this is very well-known among the poor children since it is cheap and easily available everywhere. Because of this habit people consuming gutka usually suffer with cancer at an early age. Indian culture does not permit children to smoke, hence, they hiding develop the habit of chewing gutka, also many people to avoid smoking eat gutka which later becomes their habit and to quit it becomes impossible for them. Due to gutka swallowing problem arises among its consumers, they also suffer with dry throat and lungs due to which they cannot have sound sleep in the night resulting into the chances of throat cancer.
