Complaint regarding the negligence in postal service
Dear Sir,
I bring this to your notice that of Date the letters addressed to me fully and properly are not being delivered to me. I have noticed three such cases just in one week’s time from 20th to 26th last. One of these three letters was delivered to me personally by Mr. Joseph of 13, Kriti Building while the other two cases came to my knowledge when I received duplicate copies of these urgent letters on 23rd and 24th.
Further, during the period from 4th to 20th, I received as many as nine letters fully and properly addressed to person who live in different buildings, i.e., who have never lived at my address. Of these, I have personally delivered seven letters and re-posted two letters. Thanks to my luck, these were not re-delivered to me.
I do not know how many of my letters have not been delivered to me but I must say that the postman who is handling the second dak is not a conscientious man and is rather dishonest.
I have taken a very serious view of the matter and hence this letter for your personal attention.
I am enclosing copies of three letters for your information to prove the importance of my correspondence.
Another change of postal negligence would mean a legal action at the risk and cost of postal authorities and forwarding of the correspondence to the press.
Yours faithfully,
