I, the undersigned, beg to request you on behalf of the Students’ Union to preside over the Annual Prize Distribution Function of our school which will be held on 28th August 1997 at 5.00 p.m. in our school premises. The meeting will disperse at about 6.00 p.m. We, the students have collected fifty thousand rupees for the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund. We want to present this cheque to your good self so that you can deposit the same in Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
