Subject: Non-delivery of money order.
Sir,
I booked a money order from your post office for Rs. 500 only on 15th May, 20… for my ailing father who was undergoing treatment in a Shimla hospital? The M.O. was addressed to Raj Kumar, Mansa House, 12 Lower Bazaar Shimla. He was staying there with a relative. The photocopy of the M.O. receipt of your post office is enclosed herewith.
The money was urgently needed for medicines. But to my shock, I have been told that the money order never reached my father even after one month. My father has been gravely inconvenienced due to the non-receipt of the money. Therefore, you are requested kindly to initiate immediate action to trace out the money order. In case it is not found the money may be refunded to me.
