Dear Sir,

The Ghaziabad Development Authority advertised its Indrapuram Scheme in 1995. I paid the total cost of a plot to the GDA. I was to be given the possession of a plot in 1995.

I sent reminders to the GDA to give me possession of a plot. By a communication dated 19.10.99 that GDA, allotted a plot to me. But it was merely a paper allotment.

When I visited the site, I found that no development work worth the had taken place. No roads had been constructed and no provision for electricity had been made.

I feel cheated as I have made payments as demanded by the GDA. The GDA has indulged in restrictive trade practices. By unfairly delaying the handling of a plot, the GDA has indulged in an unfair practice. I request you to direct the GDA to pay me Rs. 55000.00 compensation for the mental agony suffered by me.

Yours faithfully

Gyan Singh
