Sir,
I wish to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to ruthless driving in this town.
Pune has beautiful broad roads. This very fact encourages rash driving in the city. Trucks are seen running unmindful of the imposed speed limit. Cars pass by you at terrific speeds, even at turnings and road junctions.
Young university boys drive motor bikes recklessly. Every day, a few persons are knocked down. The traffic police should see to it that the drives of trucks and the motorists do not cross the speed limit and observe the traffic rules. The traffic rules breakers should be severely dealt with.
