Fancy Dress Competition
Fancy dress competition is a very common feature in the schools these days. it is held every year. A fancy dress show was organized in my school last month. The students were given a choice of appearing in different kinds of dresses and fashions. P competition to award three prizes was held. A stage was set and the students were asked to appear on the stage in their respective dresses. The boys and girls adopted the dresses of many dignitaries and famous personalities. The boys taking part in the competition adopted the dresses of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Shivaji and many other renowned personalities. The girls adopted the dresses of Rani Laxmi Bai, Indira Gandhi, Nur Jahan, Mother Teresa, etc. The judges adjudged the dresses of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Shivaji and Mother Teresa as the best three and the students were awarded prizes.
