Man Proposes, God Disposes
The man is a mere puppet in the hands of Almighty God. Nothing in the world is under his control. Neither can he take birth himself, nor could die according to his will. He takes birth and dies as per the will of Almighty God. Man is the most superior animal of the world who has greater intelligence than the other animals of the universe.
The man’s soul is similar to the battery cell of a torch. As the cell energizes the torch, the same way the soul energize the entire body of the human being. It is due to the energy of the soul that the human being is able to talk, laugh, work and play. In the absence of the soul the body remains lifeless. Nothing in the world can happen without the will of Almighty God. The man cannot compare himself to Almighty God. If the man begins to compete with God, then he is bound to become a failure in life.
All those historical personalities like Napoleon Bonaparte, Hitler and Alexander, who wanted to roll over the world, suffered failure in life. Their ambition to rule over the world remained unfulfilled when they died.
Man can only plan and do efforts to give design and practical shape to that plan. Their efforts attain success only with the will of Almighty God. Therefore, it is rightly said that ‘Man proposes and God disposes.
