Indo-Pak Relations

Kashmir has always been the bone of contention between the two countries— India and Pakistan.

All efforts done by India so far to make a peace with Pak had failed, as Pak is not ready to compromise with India at any cost. It wants to grab Kashmir even at the cost of numerous lives of `innocent soldiers of Pakistan. Pakistan is surrounded with innumerable economic, social and political problems, but it is wasting its entire money and resources to rage a war against India.

Pakistan has lost its entire ‘sensibility. Does it think that by grabbing Kashmir, it would become more powerful than before? No, if it thinks this way, then it’s wrong. It can never become powerful by being cruel to’ the innocent people of other nation, but it can certainly attain power by being benevolent and kind.

Pakistanis too greedy and narrow-minded nation. It wants to attain control over entire Kashmir. It does not accept a conciliatory solution. India has left no efforts to make peace with Pakistan. It has tried to find out a peaceful solution for everything.

When Pakistan claimed the entire 59 km sea channel, Sir Creek as its own, India agreed to give it till its mid-point, which was not acceptable to Pakistan. India shook hands with Pakistan during the Lahore declaration, to find out an amicable solution of Kashmir. Yet, Pak remains discontent and inimical with India.

India had sent an invitation to Pak chief General Musharraf to watch the Ludo-Pak’ matches held in India. The reply came back from Pakistan’s minister for Information Sheikh Rasheed. He retorted back bluntly that only after going through President’s schedule, they would be able to confirm that which match President Musharraf will like to watch. Later Musharraf came to see the match.

It is a known fact that Pakistan has wrong views about India, right from the day of the partition. Pakistanis have killed millions of innocent Indians and are planning to kill more Indians in future. India has left no stone unturned to befriend with Pakistan, but Pakistan has not returned loving gestures of love with the same friendliness and warmth.

It is imperative for Pakistan to improve relations with India, else, it shall have to suffer drastic consequences of its senseless attitude. Pakistan must try to solve its internal problems of poverty, unemployment, backwardness of women, illiteracy, rise in population and political instability, instead of giving shelter to terrorism against India for Kashmir.

India and Pak may also find out a middle way out for Kashmir problem, and shake hands with each other forgetting and forgiving all the past grudges against one-another, only, then can the two countries march forward with peace.
