Poor Service
Timothy was at an Italian restaurant with his friends. The restaurant was very crowded. They had been waiting a long time for their food. Timothy was very hungry. He raised his hand to call for the waiter.
Timothy was furious for waiting so long. He shouted at the waiter angrily. The waiter stared at Timothy in irritation. He was already very busy and he was trying his best to serve the customers. He rudely told Timothy that he had to wait. He even told Timothy that he could leave if he wanted to. However, just as he was walking off, the manager of the restaurant walked towards them. He ordered the waiter to apologize to Timothy for his rude behaviour. He then told him to check on Timothy’s order. Instead of going into the kitchen, the waiter yelled back at the manager. He complained that he was unreasonable. He threw the empty tray that he was carrying onto the floor and stormed out of the restaurant
All the customers were stunned by what had happened. The manager apologized profusely to Timothy and offered to let him eat for free at the restaurant. Timothy felt bad about shouting at the busy waiter. He wished he had been more patient.
