Subject: Apathetic Attitude of Telephone Deptt.
Dear Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the kind attention of Telephone Authorities towards my telephone installed at home (no. 23968587). My telephone has been out of order for the past fifteen days. I have lodged my complaint about it three times in the zonal office. But no attention has been paid to it by any official. Some time ago, the Minister concerned had announced that every out-of-order telephone would be rectified within 24 hours after receiving the complaint.
You are, therefore, requested to invite the attention of the authorities concerned towards it.
