Sir
For the past few days there has been a spectacular increase in the number of crimes occurring in Civil Lines. A few days ago, a man was shot dead in the daylight on Rajpur Road. Last week five young ladies were raped in this zone. In the past two or three days four cars were stolen from Rajpur Road.
You are, therefore, requested to make a proper arrangement of police patrolling in this area and take stringent steps against the police officials who have got their illegal connection with criminals, and also make efforts to stem the tide of crimes.
