Sir
I am a bonafide student of your school, studying in 10 B. For the past two days, I have been suffering from a fever. Our family doctor tells us that I am down with typhoid and so I cannot go to school for about ten days. On account of fever, I am feeling very weak & frail. I am unable to appear in the first Terminal Test which will start from 10th September to 16th September
You are, therefore, requested to grant me medical leave from 8th September to 17th September. I shall feel highly obliged. The medical & fitness certificate will, however, be submitted at the time of joining the school.
