Subject: Wrong and defective books received.
Dear Sir,
This has in reference to my order for three books dated 8th May 2007 I received the parcel from you yesterday which was supposed to contain the books I ordered. To my shock, I discovered that the book ‘Useful Phrases and Idioms’ was not the one I had ordered. My order was for the book written by Sukumax Ghosh whereas the book sent by you is by Atulya Sarkar which I already have. So, it is useless to me. The other book ‘English Grammar’ is also defective. It has several torn pages and twenty of the pages are blank. Several pages bear diagonal printing. I am returning the wrong and defective books through a postal packet. Please replace the books with correct copies or refund their price. I hope you will do the needful without delay.
