Dear Sir,
Shri Dev Prakash, the holder of Ration Depot No. 39 indulges in several malpractices. He gives a short measure of commodities and even mixes defective cereals and sugar by opening the sacks. He mixes water in kerosene oil and even gives a short measure of it. Sometimes, he just puts off the customers by saying that the stock of a particular commodity is nil. Then he sells that stock in the black market.
Therefore, deterrent action should be taken against Shri. Dev Prakash.
