I wish to state that I am a student of X-C, of your school. My father has been transferred to Mumbai and my whole family is shifting within a month. Under these circumstances, it is not possible for me to continue my studies at your school.
I, therefore, request you to issue me the school leaving certificate, so that I may be able to get admission in another school in Mumbai.
